Trip Overview

Rolwaling Valley Trek

The journey across the Rolwaling Valley is among the most difficult hiking routes in Nepal. Nestled amidst imposing ice glaciers, the Rolwaling valley offers a challenging trekking location. Northeast of the Kathmandu Valley, it is close to the Tibetan border.

It is divided by the pristine Tama Koshi River and the Khumbu Himal. This incredible trekking experience takes you to areas where ethnic Sherpas and Brahmins live.

The Rolwaling trek includes steep passes, dense woods, and stunning waterfalls. The highlights of the tour are the amazing views of Mt. Gauri Shanker (7146m) and Tso Rolpa Glacier Lake. There were rumors that the monstrous snowman Yeti once lived in this valley.

On this trek, we might see the magnificence of Nepal’s natural and cultural heritage. The Rolwaling walk passes through the mountainous area along the border between China and Nepal (Tibet). This takes you back in time and reminds you of an ancient forest.

Adventurers who like to stray off the beaten road ought to give this trip some thought. Select Mission Nepal Vacations if you want a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
