Nepal Adventure Tour

A Nepal adventure tour lasting eleven days is available from the Nepal Hiking Team. This vacation includes hiking in the Himalayas, rafting, a jungle safari, and visits to heritage sites. Experience rafting on the Trishuli River, a safari within the Chitwan National Park, and a 4-day trekking tour in the Annapurna region.

A sightseeing trip of Kathmandu’s World Heritage sites precedes this Nepal adventure tour. See the holy sites of Swyambhunath, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath Temple, as well as the vibrant Kathmandu Durbar Square. Wander through Kathmandu’s streets and sample the many regional cuisines.

Rafting in the Trishuli River is the next activity on our Nepal Adventure package. Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu

Our representative will meet you at the arrival gate as soon as you land at TIA. After that, you’ll be driven to your hotel so you may check in.

Kathmandu Valley sightseeing tour

A sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple is scheduled for today.

From Kathmandu to Rafting spot to Pokhara (820m/2690) Duration: 8-9 hrs, Distance: 200km

We left today for Pokhara, which is the second-biggest city in Nepal. We made a break in Chauradi along the way to go rafting on the Trishuli River for about three hours. We continued our drive to Pokhara after lunch. After reaching the hotel and making your check-in, you can take leisurely boat rides on the picturesque Fewa Lake, where you can view the Annapurna Range and Mount Machhapuchhre reflected in the pristine water.

Drive Birethanti and trek to Ulleri (1960M/6430FT). Distance: 9 KM, Duration: 4 hours

We travel to Birethanti after breakfast and begin our hike to Ulleri. You go by swimming holes, waterfalls, and lovely bamboo forests. The trail climbs a steep stone staircase of 3300 steps to the Magar town of Ulleri at 2080 meters after passing across a stream on a suspension bridge.

Ulleri to Ghorepani (2880m/9450ft) Duration: 7 hrs, Distance: 9-10km

The trail climbs a steep stone staircase (approximately 3300 steps) to the big Magar town of Ulleri at 2080 meters after crossing a creek on a suspension bridge close to the Tikhe Dhunga tent site. Through planted fields and meadows, the trail slowly climbs. There’s a campsite for a break and water after an hour’s stroll.

After passing under two glistening streams, the trail climbs briefly to the destination of Nangethanti, where we have lunch. The magnificent view of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna I (8091m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Tarke Kang (7193m) can be seen as we ascend from Nangethanti to Ghorepani, which is at 2850m. The trail may be snow-covered in the winter.

Hiking-Poonhill (3210m) and to Tadapani (2630m/8628ft) Duration: 6 hrs, Distance: 11km

We will trek to Poon Hill early today to witness the stunning dawn and a wide-angle vista of the Himalayas, which includes Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and other mountains. After having breakfast and making our way back to Ghorepani, we walk until we reach Tadapani.

Trek to Ghandruk 4 hours, then 2-hours Drive to Pokhara

Today, around midday, we descend sharply through the trees to arrive at Ghandruk settlement. Before heading to Pokhara by car, we have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna conservation office and museum.

From Pokhara to Chitwan National Park. Distance: 160 KM, Duration: 5 hours

We are setting out for Chitwan today. After arriving in Chitwan National Park, we go to a briefing on our jungle tour. Next, we visit a settlement of ethnic Tharu people in the vicinity. The National Park Visitor’s Center is our next stop. Next up is the view of the setting sun from the Rapti River bank.

A multimedia presentation covering nearly everything in Chitwan or a cultural dance performed by the Tharu community will be shown to you.

Chitwan Jungle Tour

You will enjoy all that the jungle and its wildlife have to offer today. Along the Rapti River, you canoe, wander through a jungle, and enjoy an elephant bath on your way back. You go through the national park on a Jeep Drive Safari at midday.

Chitwan to Kathmandu. Distance: 170 KM, Duration: 5 to 6 hours

After exploring the jungle, you will return to Kathmandu today.

Farewell/Departure

You will be picked up at the airport by a Nepal Hiking Team representative around three hours prior to the scheduled departure.
