Kailash Door Darshan Heli Tour (Limi Valley)

Hindu mythology describes Lord Shiva as spending most of his time with his divine consort Parbati (Mother of Mythology) on sacred Mount Kailash, where they practice Yogic austerities, joy, and love. All AUM adherents worldwide have their souls in Lake Mansarovar and, consequently, in Holy Mount Kailash. It is commonly believed that completing one full circle of Mount Kailash can atone for one’s sins for eternity, and 108 acts of penance can lead to enlightenment. pilgrims are transported to Brahmas heaven by a ritual bath in the holy Mansarovar Lake, and a sip of its water atones for sins committed over hundreds of lifetimes.”

Lapcha la pass (4550m) is located 7km from the lakeside on the Nepalese side of the Mansarovar to Tibet border.

Itinerary

Arrival in Lucknow and Drive to Nepalgunj

We will meet you at the railway station or airport when you arrive in Lucknow. We’ll travel to Nepalgunj and stay the night in a hotel there.

Fly to Simikot (approx. 3000m) and exploration

We have a 50-minute trip to the Simikot hill station early in the morning. Following refreshments, we will explore the neighborhood and pay a visit to the Shiva Temple in Simikot. Spend the night at the resort.

Helicopter Flight to Tugling and explore the Limi nomad camps

We will fly to Tugling after an early breakfast and then drive for two hours to see the nomad camps in Limi Valley. The stunning scenery and valley of the Limi and the nomad camps will leave us in awe. Spend the night in a Limi guest house.

Drive to Kailash View Point, back to Tugling Camp

We will travel for around an hour to reach the Kailash viewpoint, Lapcha La Pass, following breakfast. Our gaze will be filled with views of Asthapad, the Nandi Parvat, Lake Mansarovar, and Holy Mount Kailash. After completing the puja ceremonies and rituals for two to three hours, we will return by car to the Tugling Camp.

Helicopter Ride back to Simikot

We’ll be picked up from Tugling by our chopper and taken to Simikot. Relaxation and exploring the area.
Spend the night at Simikot.

Fly to Nepalgunj and Drive to Lucknow – Departure

From Tugling, take a helicopter to Simikot, then take a further flight to Nepalgunj. Finally, drive to Lucknow to depart.
