Ghandruk Village: One of ‘Asia’s 13 best places

Ghandruk is a village located in Kaski District in Gandaki Zone located a few hours away from Pokhara, the city of lakes and a major attraction for tourists. This village offers the view of Mt. How to get to the starting point of the trek from Kathmandu?

Tourist Bus – You can book yourself a tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara which would cost you about USD 15$ – 20$. From Pokhara, you can take local bus or private car to Nayapul.

Private Car/ Private Jeep – The cost of the private car would cost you USD 120$ while up to 4 people can go and the private jeep cost you USD 170$ while up to 8 people can go at once.

Flight – The flight would cost you around USD 123$ for a one-way ticket from Kathmandu to Pokhara and from there you can take a cab or local bus. However, the fare of airplane varies from season to season and also depends upon the airlines you are booking your tickets from.
